At Shenzhen Tiankai Hongyun Industrial Co., Ltd., we provide reliable, secure, and fast international shipping for all our interactive projection systems and hardware kits worldwide.

1. SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING OFFER
- Worldwide Free Shipping: We proudly offer FREE Standard Air Express Shipping on all orders of interactive projection all-in-one boxes, starter kits, and software system packages to major destination countries (including USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and East Asia).
- Bulk Freight / Sea Freight: For large commercial orders (e.g., full venue immersive dining/playground builds involving heavy wooden crate packaging), expedited sea freight or air cargo freight options can be arranged via custom quote.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME
- Quality Inspection & System Pre-Configuration: Each projection system undergoes a strict 48-hour burn-in testing, motion sensor calibration, and game software pre-configuration before shipment to ensure true "Plug & Play" readiness.
- Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched from our Shenzhen facility within 3 to 5 business days.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times via Tier-1 express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or dedicated Express Lines) are:
- United States & Canada: 5 - 8 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 6 - 9 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5 - 8 business days
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.): 6 - 10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 3 - 6 business days

4. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and live carrier tracking link.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or tariffs levied by the destination country once the shipment arrives.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise during promotional offers, the buyer/recipient is responsible for paying any import customs clearances and taxes imposed by local government regulations.
- We will provide commercial invoices and necessary product export documentation (CE, FCC, RoHS certificates) to assist with smooth clearance.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure your shipping address, company name, contact phone number, and recipient name are entered accurately during checkout. We cannot be held liable for delayed or returned parcels resulting from incorrect address entry.
