SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Interactive Projection Systems: We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, throw ratios, and video demonstrations of our projection hardware and interactive game software. However, actual projection effects may vary depending on ambient light conditions, ceiling height, and surface reflectance at your installation site.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify hardware specifications, internal components, or pre-installed software libraries without prior notice, provided that such modifications maintain or exceed equal functionality.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SOFTWARE LICENSE
- All game software, motion-sensing algorithms, graphic user interfaces, firmware, videos, trademarks, and documentation provided with our systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Shenzhen Tiankai Hongyun Industrial Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
- Purchase of an All-in-One Box or Starter Kit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate the software solely on the designated hardware unit. Reverse engineering, decompiling, unauthorized copying, or commercial distribution of our software code or encryption dongles is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business entity, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
